Chest/Bust:

Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest or bust, keeping it level and parallel to the floor. This measurement is essential for tops and dresses.

Hips:

Stand with your feet together and measure around the widest part of your hips, making sure to include your buttocks for the most accurate result.

Inseam:

Measure from the crotch down to the inner ankle seam while wearing a pair of pants that fits you well. For best accuracy, wear shoes and measure to the nearest 1/2 inch.
